Any chip exceeding the maximum useful storage cost as listed for that level cannot be used for fusing into diamond chips in any way and can safely be discarded or sold. Figured we could use an easy and searchable text based guide of where to find all the chips, and how best. I've been looking at some spreadsheets over the chips and have been trying to decide on what chips to use.
